We accept the following payment methods, all with no surcharge:
Bank details for deposits. Please make sure to give the full name that is associated with the booking:
There must be one person responsible to be the point-of-contact for groups. The point-of-contact is responsible for sharing these conditions and our ethos with their group members.
By arrangement, a noise and damage deposit of €150 may be required for group bookings.
We think that our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to everyone. We ask guests to read it before booking and to consider taking out travel insurance for peace of mind.
We will always do our best for you if something unexpected happens.
All cancellations must be made by email to info@purespace.ie, or through our booking system messaging service. The date of receipt of your message is the date used to calculate any charges. Verbal cancellations are not accepted, as we require a written record:
When we receive a cancellation, we immediately try to rebook the vacancy. If we can rebook at the full rate for the same dates, we will refund any cancellation charge already paid, less the non-refundable deposit, at our discretion. We cannot guarantee that rebooking will be possible, and this does not form part of the contractual cancellation terms above.
We understand that life is unpredictable. If something serious happens — a bereavement, a serious illness, or a significant unexpected event — please contact us directly. We will always try to do the right thing.
If you wish to change your arrival or departure date, we will do our best to accommodate you subject to availability. Changes requested within the cancellation windows above are treated as a cancellation of the original booking and a new booking.
Any reduction in the length of your stay after arrival is charged at the full rate for the original booking.
We strongly recommend travel insurance.
A good travel insurance policy will cover you for cancellation due to illness, injury, bereavement, and many other unforeseen circumstances — often for a very small premium relative to the cost of your stay.
Our cancellation charges reflect the real cost to our small family-run site of a late vacancy. Travel insurance protects you from bearing those costs in difficult circumstances.
Pure Space reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) severe weather, flood, fire, or government-imposed restrictions. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to rebook for an alternative date at no additional charge.
By placing a booking with Pure Space — whether online, by phone, or by email — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these booking and cancellation terms.
If you have any questions before booking, please contact us at info@purespace.ie or through our booking system. We are always happy to talk things through.
Note: This policy applies to all bookings reserved from February 23rd 2026 onwards.
