🦋 ‘Four lessons towards balance’ 🦋
🦋 A series of 4 mini Yoga programs that are suitable for beginners and those looking for a more gentle practice of Yoga.
🧘♂️ I’ve a program for the Hips for you
🧘♂️ I look at posture and how poor posture can affect the musculoskeletal system.
🧘♂️ I’ve a program for the lower back which uses somatic movements to release deep rooted tension in the postural muscles of the back
🧘♂️ Finally, once you are more body aware, you might like to try a program to develop strength and flexibility.
So, join me for one or more sessions in my little Yoga studio at Purecamping 🌿🦋 🌿 🏕
It’s free but if you are able to donate to one of our selected charities, that would be great.

I (Trea) teach Yoga in Querrin and Kilrush on a weekly basis from October to November and January to April. My classes can accommodate all levels and abilities. Postures are developed as the term goes on and as your body adapts.
I have 20 years of teaching experience after undertaking training in Galway with Satyananda Yoga teachers, Shraddha Murti and Chetan Murti in 2002. Many of the practices, such as the practice of Yoga Nidra were derived from Tantric practices. Meditations such as Antar Mouna (Inner Silence), Chitakash Dharana (Meditation on the mind space) and Ajapa Japa were all derived from the Tantras. I usually teach the practices of Meditation on the Breath and Kaya Sthairim (Body Stillness) first, before moving on to the other meditation practices. This ‘Mind Your Mind’ series of meditation sessions came about after a number of students mentioned that they would love to do a meditation class separately to the Yoga class. These sessions allowed students to focus on the more subtle practices of Pranayama and Meditation with ongoing support in the form of recordings, notes and personal journaling and follow up classes. These meditation sessions ran in 2018 and are not running currently.
