I grew up in London, where I trained and worked as a chef, in Spanish and English restaurants, before finally running my own kitchen. Specialising in vegetarian and vegan food, I was able to incorporate my love of Mediterranean cuisine and create healthy, colourful, vibrant dishes that are both nourishing and indulgent.
I moved to Ireland with my children, in 2015, and started ‘The Naked Forager’ business, a wild food initiative, that aims to share the joy and knowledge of sustainable wild harvesting.
In the kitchen with me, you will learn how to cook nourishing vegetarian food that you can add your own flair to. We will create dishes that are full of colour and beauty, using as many locally sourced ingredients as we can. Perhaps, we’ll even add a few seasonal ingredients too!

Prices range from €220 to €270 for this 2 night retreat. This includes your recipe booklet and hopefully the skills to cook delicious and nutritious food, and a Yoga handout to help you to continue your Solstice Yoga program. Retreat will be quite intimate at 8-10 people. All prices include 13.5% VAT. Due to COVID-19, units may not be shared with those outside your own familiar family or friend circle.
