Payments by cash, cheque, bacs, paypal, and the following cards: Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Mastercard – no charge.
A non refundable deposit of 15% of the booking total is required. In the event that the site is closed due to COVID-19 restrictions, this deposit will be refunded. Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 10 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
We do try to fill the vacancy as soon as we get a cancellation and we take that into account when charging for cancellations.
